Built a live campus Q&A agent that orchestrates 24 AI tools, tested with 5–10 users. I owned the product and engineering decisions.

Redesigned the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy site for 64,000+ users; analytics showed ~75% of interactions came from action CTAs.
